Very nicely updated home with beautiful fenced in yard and a huge 40x140 quonset barn with workshop. This home has been tastefully decorated with tile, vinyl and laminate flooring featuring newer cupboards, well, roof and windows. The upper level has lots of room for company or kids. The roof installed in 2007 has a 30 year warranty and with newer furnace and hotwater heater the lucky buyer will maintance free. This 1.7 acre property is close to schools and town and features a beautiful orchard with apple, pear, and peach trees. A mature grape arbor in the orchard is the perfect touch.
